To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable in others because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you. -CS Lewis
Christian, you know that one sin you have repented of but still gnaws at your conscience? Jesus fully absorbed God's just wrath for it, and as such, He remembers it no more.... He will not to treat you as you justly deserve. It has already been dealt with. Once you've been granted His forgiveness, believe His promise! (Rom 8:1)
"Christ by his intercession answers all bills of indictment brought in against the elect. Do what they can, sin, and then Satan, accuses believers to God, and conscience accuses them to themselves; but Christ, by his intercession, answers all these accusations."
-Thomas Watson
